Any machine tool is potentially dangerous.

All electrical system have the potential to cause an electric shock or a fire hazard.

Most countries and states have regulations and standards that govern the design, construction, use, deployment and placing on the market of electrical and mechanical equipment.

EazyCNC / TOAD4 is available in kit form with full documentation including manual, schematics and pcb- layout detailing its design, construction and intended use.

No safety of design or construction nor warranty is implied, instead it is the responsibility of the builder and user of these kits to ensure that they understand the implications of the design and construction and to comply with any legislation and codes of practice applicable to your country or state and that they are solely and fully responsible for everything.

The kit is sold on the condition that Purchasers shall evaluate the products, as well as documentation and description of the products and any related material safety data information, to determine the suitability and safety of the products for purchaser's particular purpose and application.

This limitation of liability reflects a deliberate and bargained-for allocation of risk between Kustaa Nyholm and Purchaser and constitutes the basis of the parties' bargain, without which Kustaa Nyholm would not have agreed to the price or terms and conditions of the sale of the kit.

As of April 2012 EazyCNC and TOAD4 projects are in pilot test phase and it is likely that the there are omissions and errors in the documentation and design.

SpareTimeLabs or Kustaa Nyholm cannot accept any responsibility resulting from the design, construction or use of TOAD4 or EazyCNC.
